Return policy

At Bookoas, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the book or other product you purchased, please see our returns policy below.

General Provisions

  • Return Policy : You may return a book or other item within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Exceptions : We do not accept returns on books that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging. We also do not accept returns on special orders or books that were marked “sale” or “discounted.”

Return procedure

  1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service by email at support@bookoas.com or via the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Product Packaging : Please ensure that the item is packaged securely and safely to avoid damage when returned.
  3. Returns: After receiving instructions from our customer service team, please send the item to our address: Vinohradska 2828/151, 130 00 Prague 3-Zizkov, Czech Republic
  4. Refunds : Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund to the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Substitutions

If you would like to exchange your item for another one, please contact our customer service first to discuss the available replacement options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return and replace the item at no additional cost.
